Role & responsibilities
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Handle important customers and high-value sales personally when required.
- Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized buying experience.
- Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques.
- Track sales targets and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in jewellery, diamonds, luxury retail or premium retail.
- BBA / MBA / Engineering / Any Graduate.
