We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives for Competitive Cracker. The role will focus on brand visibility, campaign coordination, market activities, events, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple marketing activities from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Content, Creative, Academic, Sales, and Management teams for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign plans.
- Coordinate events, seminars, workshops, student engagement activities, and other promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research and identify relevant marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, promotional content, and brand communication.




- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across marketing activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and other marketing partners when required.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.

Education Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or a related industry will be an advantage.
