Job Responsibilities:

- Write and structure technical and marketing content across Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/Hybrid/Private Cloud), GPU Compute, Agentic AI, Kubernetes, and Managed Services.
- Create blogs, product and feature documentation, API-adjacent guides, ebooks, and case studies.
- Build and maintain content systems, including style guides, content governance frameworks, and reusable, modular content components.
- Apply SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, search intent, and on-page content structure.
- Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization) principles to structure content for AI-driven search and answer engines.
- Develop a robust understanding of products, workflows, nuances, and real-world use cases to create product-specific content.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and technical teams to understand product capabilities, limitations, customer questions, and insights.
- Create content with technical depth, relevant examples, context, and original insights rather than generic content.
- Use AI-assisted writing tools responsibly for drafting, content review, and content audits.
- Contribute to broader product marketing, launches, customer-facing initiatives, events, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market content as the role evolves.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical content writing skills with an understanding of SaaS, AI, and/or Cloud products.
- A working understanding of SEO, including keyword strategy, search intent, and on-page structure.




- Genuine interest in or early hands-on exposure to GEO and AIO, with an understanding of how content is discovered through AI-driven search.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and valuable content.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and technical teams.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to add technical depth, product specificity, examples, and original insights.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted writing tools for drafting, review, and content audits.

Qualifications:

- 6–8+ years of content experience with a demonstrable, portfolio-backed track record of writing on SaaS, AI, and/or Cloud products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and marketing content across relevant technology domains.
- Experience or exposure to SEO, with an interest in emerging areas such as GEO and AIO.
- Willingness to work closely with and explore products to understand them from a user's perspective.
- Experience in technical and product-focused content; pure generalist marketing writing without technical-product exposure will not fit this role.
