About the Role

udChalo is looking for an Ex-Serviceman to join as Nodal Manager at Jallandhar, responsible for driving sales and business development activities in the assigned area.

The role is particularly suited to a JCO/NCO with good communication skills, basic computer proficiency and experience in sales, business development, customer engagement or a similar profile.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and relevant local stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to increase udChalos customer base and business.
- Coordinate and facilitate local business development activities.




- Represent udChalo professionally in the assigned area.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business and performance targets.
- Maintain basic records and reports using computer-based systems.
- Coordinate with the udChalo team at the corporate/operational level for smooth execution of activities.

Candidate Profile

Essential:
- Ex-Serviceman, preferably JCO/NCO.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and local stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake sales and business development responsibilities.

Preferred:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar profile.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles or field operations.

Compensation Benefits
- 22,000per month, including incentives.
- Performance-based incentives in addition to the applicable compensation structure.
