- Primarily an individual contributor role - the RSM is the single point of accountability for the region's revenue and strategy. Depending on the size, maturity and potential of the assigned region, one or more Sales Engineers may report into this role; in other regions, the RSM may operate without any direct reports and coordinate informally with channel partners instead. Team composition for the specific opening will be confirmed at the time of hiring.

Role Purpose : -
- The Regional Sales Manager is the senior-most sales owner for the assigned region a hightrust role responsible for the region's full sales lifecycle: strategy, key account development, large and complex deal closure, and overall revenue delivery. The RSM operates with significant autonomy and sets the regional go-to-market approach in line with company direction. Where Sales Engineers are assigned to the region, the RSM is responsible for directing,
guiding and reviewing their work to ensure consistent territory coverage and account hygiene; where no Sales Engineers are assigned, the RSM personally covers the region's accounts and coordinates informally with any channel partners or distributors active in the territory.
Key Responsibilities : -
A. Regional Strategy & Key Account Ownership
- Own the sales strategy, plan and revenue delivery for the entire assigned region, in line with the company's overall sales and marketing direction.
- Identify and personally manage the region's most strategic, high-value, and technically complex accounts (large OEMs, machine builders, marquee end-users), from first contact through to long-term account growth.
- Drive deep application understanding for complex or critical customer requirements, working directly with the design/application engineering team to ensure the right heater, sensor or controller so
