Designation: Sales & Marketing Head (Modular Furniture & Interior)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development
- Develop current business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and channel partners.
- Generate enquiries from corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, retail chains, industries, and government departments.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

2. Commercial, Corporate, Residential Sales & Marketing
- Drive sales & marketing for modular office furniture.
- Generate residential modular furniture projects.
- Handle turnkey furniture and interior fit-out opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and repeat business.

3. Estimation & Costing Support
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams.
- Understand BOQ, costing and pricing.
- Prepare quotations.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining profitability.

4. Sales Team Management
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.




- Allocate territories and monthly targets.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and weekly performance meetings.
- Monitor CRM updates and sales pipeline.
- Coach team members to improve conversion rates.
- Lead and review the sales team.
- Recommend pricing within approved limits.
- Approve travel plans and customer visits.
- Recommend recruitment of sales executives.

5. Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare revenue forecasts.
- Increase average order value.
- Improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Ensure healthy profit margins.

6. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct client presentations.
- Handle key negotiations.
- Resolve customer escalations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

7. Coordination
- Work closely with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement, Project Execution, Finance, and HR teams.
