Fable Labs is looking for a Script Writer / Creative Writer who can turn products, consumer problems and random observations into video ideas people actually want to watch.

We create UGC ads, short-form video ads, creator-led content and performance marketing creatives for D2C and consumer brands.

We're not looking for someone who only knows how to write grammatically correct sentences.

We're looking for someone who can think:

Hook → Problem → Story → Product → Proof → Payoff

If you regularly save interesting ads, analyse why certain Reels work, write funny observations in your Notes app, or instinctively think *“this could be a great ad”* when something happens around you, this role might be for you.

What You'll Do

As a Script Writer at Fable Labs, you'll:
- Write engaging short-form video scripts for brands
- Research products, competitors and target customers before writing
- Develop strong hooks that can capture attention within the first few seconds
- Turn product features into compelling consumer stories
- Write natural dialogue that doesn't sound like traditional advertising
- Create UGC-style scripts that actors and creators can deliver naturally
- Generate multiple creative angles for the same product
- Write multiple hook variations for creative testing
- Develop skits, scenarios, visual gags and storytelling concepts
- Study winning advertisements and understand why they work
- Use customer reviews, comments and pain points while developing scripts
- Work with videographers, editors, actors and the creative team
