Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop environments that enable advanced AI models and coding agents to learn, reason, and perform complex tasks




- Build and improve reinforcement learning environments for coding and agentic AI applications
- Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing methodologies to measure model capabilities and reliability
- Work on agentic workflows that enable AI systems to perform multi-step tasks with greater autonomy
- Contribute to enterprise data initiatives involving the collection, preparation, structuring, and validation of high-quality datasets
- Analyze AI model outputs and identify weaknesses, failure patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop tools and processes that improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of AI development workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and domain experts to solve technically complex problems
