Position: Deputy Manager Fabrication (Production)

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on shopfloor leader to manage fabrication and production operations at our Vadodara plant. The role requires strong execution capability, manpower handling, and deep exposure to fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily/monthly production & dispatch targets
- Supervise fabrication, welding, machining & press brake operations
- Manage shopfloor manpower, shifts, productivity & discipline
- Ensure safety, SOP, ISO & quality compliance




- Plan BOQ-based raw material indents & inventory coordination
- Drive Kaizen, downtime reduction & process improvement
- Coordinate with tool room for inspections, trials & R&D; support
- Experience in Steel fabrication, SS, MS etc, well versed with Welding processes like TIG, MIG, GTAW, etc, Documentations, ISO 9001:2015
- Candidate from SS tank fabrication industry is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical Engineering
- 8-12 years' experience in fabrication/manufacturing
- Hands-on press brake & welding shop exposure
- Solid manpower handling & shopfloor execution skills
- ISO documentation & safety compliance experience
