Responsibilities
- Youll reconcile client bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Youll control cash flow within client accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available at all times for premium and commission payments.
- Youll process payments to policyholders and underwriters in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Youll prepare and distribute monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) in accordance with reporting deadlines.
- Youll respond to enquiries from underwriters, internal functions, and other business stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Youll collaborate with stakeholders to escalate float shortages and other issues as required.
- Youll work closely with payment providers to ensure agreed service standards are maintained.
- Youll prepare and distribute monthly Management Information (MI) dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
- Youll produce ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
