Role & Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives; manage the marketing calendar, campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate Graphic Design, Video, Social Media and Content teams; work with Team Leads to prioritize workloads and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure projects have explicit requirements, ownership, timelines and deliverables; monitor progress and address delays or resource constraints.
- Coordinate campaigns from concept to final delivery across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, digital marketing, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Support marketing for events, webinars, seminars and company initiatives; convert internal requirements into actionable campaigns.
- Review creatives, videos and content for quality, brand alignment and business relevance; maintain consistent branding.
- Track campaign/social performance,



recommend improvements, and prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for management.
- Improve marketing processes, productivity and turnaround time; support lead generation and business development.
- Stay updated on digital marketing, social media and content trends.

Preferred Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Any Field.
- 5-12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably coordinating creative/digital marketing teams.
