Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership to the institution, ensuring academic excellence and administrative efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the university's mission and goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration among faculty members, staff, students, and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Allied Health Sciences or related field; Dean/Professor/Principal/Academic Director/Academic Head/Department Head experience preferred.
- Minimum 10-30 years of experience in academia or education industry; Mediterranean Shipping Company background an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successful academic administration, research publication records (PHD Inc.), and departmental management skills.
