About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts & Billing Executive to handle day-to-day Accounts, Billing and Tally work for a Music Director's Office and Studio.

The candidate will be responsible for BGM, Advertisement, Long Format and Studio Billing, along with maintaining day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

Candidates with experience in the Music / Media / Advertising / Film / Production Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities – Billing
- Prepare Proforma Estimates / Quotations as per project requirements.
- Prepare and issue Tax Invoices / Bills accurately and on time.
- Handle regular billing for BGM (Background Music) Projects.
- Handle Advertisement / Ad Film / Commercial Project Billing.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies and production houses for billing requirements.
- Follow up for PO / WO / billing approvals / required documents.
- Check client details, project details, rates,



GST details and other billing information before preparing invoices.
- Maintain proper records of Estimates, Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts & Tally
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Record Sales / Purchase / Expense / Receipt / Payment / Journal entries.
- Enter all billing-related transactions properly in Tally.
- Maintain Studio Accounts in Tally.
- Record Studio-related bills and expenses on a regular basis.
- Maintain proper ledger accounts and supporting documents.
- Reconcile billing and accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Accountant / Senior Accountant for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other accounting-related work wherever required.
- Ensure all accounting and billing entries are accurate and properly documented.
- Maintain project-wise and client-wise records in Tally/Excel.
