We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design and Digital Media Specialist to produce professional, consistent, and industry-relevant marketing and course materials.

This is a contract-based position. Kelmac Group will provide a clear brief, content, brand guidance, and other relevant information for each assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming this information into high-quality digital artwork and professionally designed materials.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will design and format:
- Course outlines
- Consultancy service outlines
- Auditing service outlines
- Course flyers and promotional materials
- Course content and training materials
- Brochures, presentations, and digital publications
- Social media and website graphics
- Other marketing materials relevant to the ISO training, consultancy, and auditing industry

Main Duties
- Create professional and visually engaging designs based on the briefs provided by Kelmac Group.
- Maintain consistency with Kelmac Group’s branding, colours, fonts, and visual identity.




- Present technical and industry-specific information in a transparent, structured, and reader-friendly format.
- Design materials suitable for websites, email campaigns, social media, digital distribution, and printing.
- Make amendments based on feedback and submit revised versions within agreed timelines.
- Supply final artwork in the required formats, including editable source files.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, original, properly aligned, and free from formatting errors.
- Manage assigned tasks independently and communicate promptly regarding progress or clarification requirements.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital media, or marketing-material design.
- Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools.
