Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and highly organized HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations while contributing to a positive and well-coordinated workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly balance HR responsibilities with cross-functional coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage employee attendance, leave records, documentation, and payroll coordination.

* Oversee recruitment activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and exit formalities.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and all HR-related documentation.

* Plan and execute employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

* Act as a key link between management and different departments to ensure smooth and effective internal communication.





* Address employee concerns and support day-to-day people management with empathy and professionalism.

* Assist management in implementing HR policies, processes, and workplace best practices.

* Handle general administrative responsibilities and ensure the office functions efficiently and smoothly.

* Support client coordination and communication when required, including participating in meetings and understanding or resolving basic client requirements.

Requirements

* 2 - 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, qualified, and approachable personality.

* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

* Strong understanding of HR operations and advanced payroll processes.

* Candidates comfortable with both people management and client-facing responsibilities will be preferred.
