We build luxury builder floors and promote premium apartment projects — positioned as one of the only true luxury residential developments in the Indirapuram micro-market. As we scale, we're building out a structured channel partner network across East Delhi and Ghaziabad, and are hiring a dedicated Channel Partner Manager to lead this effort.

About the Role

We're looking for a Channel Partner Manager to build, activate, and manage our broker/CP network across East Delhi and Ghaziabad. This is a relationship-management and network-building role — you won't be closing deals directly, but you'll be the critical link between Maya Homes and the brokers who bring us qualified, high-ticket buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and empanel active real estate brokers/CP firms in East Delhi and Ghaziabad
- Build and maintain a live database of channel partners, including their client base and past deal history




- Onboard current CPs — explain product, pricing, brokerage structure, and process
- Drive site visits through the CP network and track visit-to-booking conversion by partner
- Serve as single point of contact for CP queries on inventory, payouts, and documentation
- Organize periodic CP engagement activities (partner meets, site tours, incentive drives) to keep the network active
- Maintain CP-wise performance tracking — leads, site visits, conversions, revenue contribution
- Continuously refresh the network — flag inactive CPs, onboard new ones
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure CP-sourced leads are followed up promptly
- Ensure timely brokerage payouts to maintain partner trust and retention

Requirements
- Experience in real estate channel sales, CP management, or broker relations (developer-side experience strongly preferred)
- Existing network of brokers/channel partners in East Delhi or Ghaz
