Bharat Strategy Group is a digital-strategy firm that manages brand and public positioning for political and public-figure clients. This role centres on political brand management: building, running and protecting a public leader's online identity across platforms, with discretion and a strict approval-first workflow. You will own day-to-day publishing and keep our content engine running smoothly, working alongside our strategic lead, content writer, video editor and graphic designer.

Role & responsibilities:
- Own the content calendar and daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Schedule, format and publish posts, reels and short-form video using Meta Business Suite and tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
- Manage community engagement across comments and messages
- Run a disciplined approval workflow: route every post for sign-off before publishing, and monitor performance after
- Coordinate the writer, editor and designer outputs into one consistent voice and look




- Track cross-channel analytics, build periodic performance reports and shape the forward plan

Preferred candidate profile:
- 2 to 5 years managing social media for brands, public figures or political clients
- Strong command of all major platforms and native Reels or Shorts formats
- Hands-on with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Hootsuite, Notion and Canva Pro
- A sharp eye for detail, reliability with deadlines, and discretion with confidential political work
- Graduate in any discipline
- Odia language proficiency is a strong plus
