KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Implement order strategies and plans to achieve the company's 100% on time delivery vision.

· Ensure at the time of order generation all information mention on Job card would be correct and cross check with sales person production remarks.

· Adhere to Order SOPs, Policies and Strategies.

· Build and maintain relationships with Sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of quality requirement of Customer.

· Analyze Order status data over all and provide regular reports to the CRM Head, to support decision making.

·Ensure in each and every Customer order certified with IGI and SGL certification.

·Analyze certification report monthly basis if find out any significant error or mistake then report to manager.

·Follow up with respective Sales location for order status and give them a proper response which is best for business.

· ensure stock level tallied daily basis at the EOD. He/she responsible for all item which are seen in their location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
