Role Description The Team Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Team

Head will oversee a social media and content team, assign tasks, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with client goals. This role includes reviewing and guiding content strategies, coordinating with clients for briefs and feedback, and translating business objectives into actionable digital plans.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and analytics-driven optimization.
- Content planning and editorial skills, with the ability to guide informative, entertaining, and engaging content across platforms.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, including handling briefs, feedback, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects under deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with social media tools, analytics dashboards, and basic project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, innovation, and a strong interest in staying updated with digital marketing and social media trends.
