Your Role

- Deliver engaging sessions on Healthcare Management (HM) & AI, aligned with the academic curriculum.
- Teach key topics such as hospital operations, patient coordination, HR, billing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, digital literacy, AI, and healthcare data analytics.
- Clarify student doubts and help learners connect concepts with real-world healthcare scenarios.
- Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and provide regular feedback on student performance.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.
- Work closely with the Campus Academics team to ensure smooth academic delivery.
- Implement feedback to continuously improve teaching and student learning outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For-





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.
- Valuable communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
