A proactive and hands-on sourcing skilled who can independently identify, map and engage relevant talent across automotive and manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases and other channels
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor mapping for critical positions
- Identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Work closely with program manager and hiring stakeholders to deliver quality profiles
- Support multiple mandates simultaneously and ensure timely profile closure

Ideal Candidate

- 15 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial hiring preferred




- Candidates from recruitment consulting / executive search / staffing firms with relevant sector exposure are welcome
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good understanding of Boolean search, keyword-based sourcing and talent mapping
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Should be comfortable working from Kandivali, Mumbai
