Omega QMS has spent 26 years in the regulatory space. We're now launching a new venture, backed by that track record: marketplace operations infrastructure for agencies managing Amazon and Walmart. We're hiring the recruiter who builds this new team from zero. Every early hire, every process, every judgment call on who's good: that's yours to own.

What you'll do

- Build recruiting from the ground up. There's no existing pipeline and no existing process; you design both.
- Source and close candidates across every role we're hiring for, moving quickly without lowering the bar.
- Run the full cycle end to end: outreach, screening, structured interviews, offers, onboarding handoff.
- Work directly with the founder on what each role actually needs. No layers, no committee, no bureaucracy.




- Build the hiring playbook this company will run on as it scales past its first ten, then fifty, hires.

What we're looking for

- Real recruiting experience, ideally somewhere you built a hiring function rather than just executed one.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You'll be assessing candidates on communication as much as anything else, so yours needs to be sharp.
- Strong judgment and the confidence to make your own calls quick, without waiting for permission.
- Comfortable with ATS tools and standard sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
