Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on hiring professionals for the Battery Manufacturing, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Lithium-Ion Battery, EV Battery, and Solar Energy sectors. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical and non-technical talent to support business growth and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
- Source candidates for Battery, Solar, Renewable Energy, EV Battery, and Energy Storage projects.
- Recruit technical professionals such as Battery Engineers, R&D; Engineers, Production Engineers, Quality Engineers, Sales & Marketing Professionals, Project Managers, and Service Engineers.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate salary negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment databases, hiring trackers, and candidate pipelines.
- Participate in job fairs,



campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports and monitor hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in hiring for Battery Manufacturing, Lithium-Ion Battery, EV Battery, Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or Energy Storage System (ESS) industries.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Battery and Solar industry roles and technical requirements.
- Experience recruiting for Battery R&D;, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Sales, and Project Management positions.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and skilled networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS, ERP, and MS Office applications.

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Lithium-Ion Cell Manufacturing, Battery Pack Assembly, ESS Projects, Solar EPC Projects, or EV Battery businesses.
- Exposure to domestic and international recruitment.
- Experience in leadership and niche technical hiring.
