About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with robust experience in hiring Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent. The ideal candidate should come from a Tier-1 organization and possess expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring niche technology professionals across AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI and emerging technology roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
- Build strong talent pipelines for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, MLOps, NLP, Computer Vision, and related skill areas.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles for technical fit, cultural alignment, and business requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular hiring updates and market intelligence.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accuracy.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends, competitor hiring practices,



and emerging AI skillsets.

Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably from a Tier-1 IT Services, Product, Consulting, or Technology company.
- Proven experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and Data Engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple niche technology mandates simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Generative AI, AI Engineering, LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI roles.
- Exposure to global hiring and niche technology recruitment.
- Strong market mapping and passive candidate sourcing capabilities.
