Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Badnagar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for various functions across the organization.
The Talent Acquisition
Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include managing recruitment metrics, maintaining applicant tracking systems, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting onboarding handoffs to HR and business teams. The role also involves developing employer branding initiatives,
strengthening Kshema Power’s presence in the talent market, and ensuring adherence to fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including experience managing multiple requisitions and roles at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability in interviewing and hiring, with a focus on structured, competency-based assessments and objective selection processes.
- Experience in employer branding, including promoting the organization across digital platforms, career events, and campus or industry outreach.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and HR partners, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and data-driven reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline health.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and compliance with relevant labor and hiring regulations.
- Prior experience recruiting for infrastructure, renewable energy, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Hindi speaking skills is mandate.
