We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US Healthcare recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, along with a good understanding of US Healthcare hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare positions.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and meet recruitment targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Relevant hiring experience: AR Calling, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Claims Processing, Quality, and other US Healthcare Operations roles.
