Role Description This is a full time, on-site Taekwondo Instructor role based in Delhi, India. The instructor will conduct regular Taekwondo classes for students across different age groups and skill levels, focusing on proper technique, discipline, and safety. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training sessions, demonstrating forms and sparring techniques, and integrating warm-ups, conditioning, and stretching routines.

The role involves assessing student progress, preparing learners for belt tests and competitions, and maintaining an encouraging,



inclusive environment that aligns with the school’s educational values. The instructor will collaborate with school staff on scheduling, events, and co-curricular activities, while ensuring adherence to all safety and behavioral guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong martial arts skills, including Taekwondo and Kickboxing, with proven practical experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Coaching abilities to guide, motivate, and mentor students of varying ages.
- Candidates should possess Training and class management skills to design structured lesson plans and maintain a safe practice environment.
- Formal certification or belt ranking in Taekwondo (e.g., black belt or equivalent) from a recognized body is highly desirable.
- Previous experience teaching martial arts or physical education in a school or academy setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrators, and to uphold school policies and child safeguarding standards.
- Robust organizational skills, punctuality, and a commitment to fostering discipline, respect, and confidence in students.
