We are looking for a disciplined, mission-driven IT Consultant to join our technology consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with an Army/Navy background who bring strong leadership, structured problem-solving, and hands-on technical exposure from defence IT, communications, or signals units, combined with civilian IT/consulting skills. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support technology solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical/IT solutions
- Support end-to-end IT project delivery — planning, execution, testing, and deployment
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure (as applicable)
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and process workflows
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Apply structured, disciplined project management practices (a strength typically developed through military service)
- Ensure compliance with data security, information assurance, and organizational IT policies
- Lead or support teams under pressure, in time-critical or high-stakes environments




- Continuously identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior service in Indian Army / Indian Navy (or equivalent Armed Forces), preferably in IT, Signals, Communications, Electronics, or Technical Corps
- Working knowledge of IT fundamentals: networking, systems administration, hardware/software troubleshooting
- Exposure to at least one of the following: cybersecurity basics, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), ERP systems, databases, or programming/scripting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership, team management, and crisis-handling ability from service background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/defence training certification
- Relevant IT certifications preferred (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, ITIL, Cisco CCNA, or similar)
