- Performance optimization & troubleshooting
- Any one Cloud platforms mandatory AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE internals
- Messaging platforms Kafka / IBM MQ / RabbitMQ
- Strong architecture, technical design & problem-solving skills
- Banking Domain mandatory

Lead end-to-end application development from architecture to production deployment
Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices and REST APIs
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
