Job Summary

USA Online Network is looking for a Partner Growth & Digital Outreach Executive to support the development of our U.S. partner network.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, outbound email, follow-up, appointment setting, CRM management and partner acquisition.

This is a target-oriented business development position with a strong digital component.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business partners across the USA.
- Build and maintain qualified B2B prospect databases.
- Find relevant decision-makers and contact information.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Execute outbound email campaigns.
- Work with Mailgun and other email marketing tools.
- Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn and online meetings.
- Explain the USA Online Partner program to prospective partners.
- Qualify leads and arrange online meetings/demonstrations.
- Maintain all lead and sales information in Zoho CRM.
- Update lead status, activities, follow-ups and opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.




- Assist in creating email campaigns, LinkedIn content and marketing material.
- Assist with partner presentations, brochures, videos and landing-page content.
- Monitor outreach performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with management to develop and improve the partner acquisition process.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / lead generation / digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong written English.
- Good internet research capabilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or prospecting.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Robust follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based businesses.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
