Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and employees, drive HR initiatives, and ensure effective execution of people strategies. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of overall HR experience with significant hands-on HRBP experience, preferably in a BPO/ITES or fast-paced corporate workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and managers.
- Understand business requirements and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support and facilitate performance management and appraisal processes.




- Analyze employee-related data and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Identify people-related challenges and recommend appropriate HR interventions.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business teams for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Conduct regular employee connects, skip-level interactions, and engagement activities.
- Support organizational development, training, and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people analytics to management.
- Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Handle HR audits and ensure timely closure of HR-related action items.
