Job Description
Sales Strategy & Territory Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets.
- Manage sales operations across the assigned Kukatpally territory.
- Expand the sales network and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.

Client & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Identify potential customers and business partners within the territory.
- Strengthen existing channel relationships and improve business performance.

Market Research & Business Development
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
- Track competitor activities and market developments.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide market insights to management for business planning.

Team Management
- Manage a team of 10 Sales Specialists.
- Mentor and guide local sales representatives and field staff.




- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Set targets and ensure timely achievement of sales objectives.
- Motivate the sales team to improve productivity and results.

Sales Reporting
- Ensure timely reporting of sales figures.
- Prepare and review sales forecasts.
- Track territory performance and target achievement.
- Provide regular market insights and business updates to management.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales team management and territory management is preferred.
