Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision and Strategy
: - Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brand. - Translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies. - Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques. - Ensure that the team's creative work aligns with the brand and meets requirements.

2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers.- Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work workplace.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.- Develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training opportunities.

- Collaborate with various internal teams (production, e-comm, performance marketing) to understand project objectives and requirements. - Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas. - Develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate the creative vision. - Articulate and sell creative concepts to the various internal teams. - Ensure that the creative concepts align with business goals and brand identity.

4. Quality Control and Creative Execution:
