Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate Global Markets documentation including ISDA,CSA, CTA, GMRA, GMSLA, MSLA, and MSFTA agreements.
- Provide legal and regulatory advisory on derivatives, securities financing transactions, and regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and FINRA.
- Conduct legal risk assessments, collateral reviews, and netting analysis to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across AEJ, EMEA, and US regions.





The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A degree in law or equivalent qualification.
- 7-14 years of experience in Global Markets/Derivatives legal documentation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
