The role:

Supports the design of structural systems to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements for Government programs with an ensuing role of Technical Assurance. Supports the delivery of the design principles, maintained by the contractor through the developed design and construction. Assists client in the tender process, condition surveys and handover. Drives self-development of managerial skills under direction of line manager.

The client:

Our client is a leading developer based in India, presently building a new, state of the art Airport in Ahmedabad.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Support the design and technical assurance of structural solutions, ensuring compliance with client, statutory and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
- Lead and develop teams, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and supporting career growth.
- Contribute to reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous business improvement initiatives.
- Champion digital innovation, C2P and net zero carbon objectives through proactive leadership and delivery.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree-level education with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.




- Chartered status or progression towards professional accreditation is advantageous.
- Demonstrates technical competence across a broad range of structural systems and applications.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Adapts to change, exercises sound judgement, collaborates effectively and embraces digital tools, including Revit, to support project delivery.
