Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur.

The Store

Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials and components, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage conditions. This role involves coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities and timely dispatch of goods.

The Store

Incharge will monitor stock levels, manage stock reconciliations, implement basic loss prevention measures, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. The position also requires regular documentation, reporting,



and communication with management on inventory status and store performance.

Qualifications

- Strong store management skills, including Store Management and basic Retail Loss Prevention, with the ability to maintain accurate stock records and organized storage areas.
- Customer-facing skills such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on supporting internal stakeholders like production and procurement teams.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or automotive environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good understanding of safety practices, housekeeping standards, and handling of industrial materials and components.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur, manage physical tasks such as material handling, and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a vocational certificate or diploma in stores, logistics, or supply chain is an added advantage.
