Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
- Lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance on customer service standards, product knowledge, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in QSR or retail management with expertise in coffee shops or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions (e.g., sales reports) .
