Position: State Head Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Experience: 4-8 years Working Days: 6 days a week Reporting To: Director About : ProsParity (Etribe Finance Private Limited) is looking for an experienced Credit Senior Associateto independently underwrite loans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on, NBFC-specific two-wheeler and three-wheeler loan underwriting experience within the 3–5 years band, strong Excel skills, and the ability to take independent credit decisions within defined policy and delegation limits.

Key Responsibilities :  The State Head is primarily responsible for driving sales and collections within the assigned state, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and other key stakeholders. The role also involves expanding the company’s presence across new geographies within the state and managing the performance of the Relationship Manager team.  Achieving sales and collections targets for the assigned state.  Leading the company’s expansion into new geographies within the state by identifying locations based on risk and revenue potential, hiring and developing team members, and establishing relationships with new dealerships.  Maintaining strong and productive relationships with existing dealerships across the assigned state.  Identifying, engaging, and onboarding recent dealerships onto the ProsParity platform.  Assisting the Business Head in identifying and onboarding new OEMs relevant to the assigned state.  Developing and maintaining local-level relationships with OEMs, dealerships, and other business partners.  Managing, mentoring, and training Relationship Managers and other team members to achieve business objectives.  Guiding and assisting Relationship Managers in assessing customers’ creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and overall credit risk in accordance with company policies.



 Monitoring business performance across assigned geographies and taking corrective actions to ensure achievement of state-level sales, collections, and portfolio quality targets.

Competencies :  People and communication skills: the State Head will have to interact with Relationship Managers, dealership employees and various other stakeholders from time to time  Leadership skills: The Team Lead is responsible for management and training of his team on the job  Comfortable with travelling: the State Head will have to travel from time to time as per the requirements of the business  Problem solving: the State Head will have to help RMs, seniors and other stakeholders work around business related problems that the team encounters.

Including maintaining the integrity of the team  Organisational skills: the State Head will have to interact with various senior stakeholders providing them with information from time to time about their assigned locations Required Qualifications &

Experience  Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.  4–8 years of experience in sales, collections, retail lending, vehicle finance, NBFC, or banking, preferably with dealer management experience.  Proven experience in team handling, target achievement, and business development.  Strong experience in dealer/OEM relationship management and new market expansion.  Basic understanding of credit assessment, underwriting, and repayment capacity.  Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.  Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.  Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.  Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
