Were looking for an organized and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team at our company.

The Staff

Accountant position will work closely with our operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. Were an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials. The primary role and responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include: Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments Preparing and filling up TDS Return and GST Return Handling petty cash,



preparing bills and receipts Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax Develop financial procedures to improve efficiency Communicate with the Director on work status and client issues that arise Qualifications and Skills Required : B.Com Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Tally Can work efficiently on GST, TDS, Direct Tax, Advance Tax and computation of income for financials fair communication Valuable written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contacts Proactive and well organized Confident in handling work independently Advantages of working as a Staff Accountant in Pune: Company offers great advantages Company offers career progression opportunities Advantageous package . skill: Tally, MS Office, Excel, Word, GST, TDS, Direct Tax, Advance Tax, Financial Procedures, Communication Skills, industry: Manufacturing
