Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents against Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Conduct physical inspection and coordinate with Quality/concerned departments for material acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and other material-receiving documentation.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, binning, and systematic storage of materials.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure timely transaction entries.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory/stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Finance, Quality,



and other departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock-related reports.
- Identify obsolete, non-moving, excess, and damaged materials and report them to the Store Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, safety, and security standards within the store.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all inward and outward material movements.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse/store operations.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹13,187.44 - ₹38,844.91 per month
