Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Monitoring Manager to oversee monitoring operations, ensure effective team performance, identify operational issues, and maintain high standards of service quality. The role will involve managing monitoring activities, analyzing reports and alerts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the monitoring team and day-to-day monitoring activities.
- Ensure continuous and effective monitoring of systems, operations, activities, or assigned processes.
- Monitor alerts, incidents, exceptions, and critical events and ensure timely escalation.
- Develop and maintain monitoring procedures, checklists, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Review monitoring reports and identify trends, risks, gaps, and recurring issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, Security, Compliance, and other relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Ensure incidents are properly documented, tracked, escalated, and closed within defined timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring processes through automation, technology, and workflow improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.




- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring monitoring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and records of monitoring activities.
- Handle critical incidents and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Support audits, reviews, investigations, and other operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in monitoring, operations, control room, surveillance, service management, or a similar function.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of monitoring tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to prepare and present management reports.
- Experience with process improvement and automation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
