Roles and responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team.

- Network Expansion:

Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and projects. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels.

- Promotional Activities:

Plan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities. Utilize the various platforms to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.

- Collaboration:





Ensure no outstanding dues in the market by implementing effective credit control measures. Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to manage receivables.

Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to expand market share.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidate who is having 8+ years of relevant exposure in Tile Adhesives and its range of products in Mumbai market
- Exposure in Retail Sales or Project sales in Mumbai Market of Tile Adhesives is a must with team handling exposure.
