? Senior AI/ML Developer – Generative AI & Machine Learning

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer with solid expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Python to design and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for production environments.
- Build LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop scalable AI APIs and services using Python, FastAPI/Flask.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and ML models for business use cases.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Build ML pipelines covering preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize model performance, latency, inference, and cloud infrastructure costs.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture, technical reviews, and client discussions.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML and production software development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP,



and Generative AI.
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or Gemma.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Tool Integration, and Structured Outputs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
- Experience with Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Strong backend experience with FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Linux.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, MLflow/W&B;, and inference optimization.

Good to Have

- Computer Vision: OpenCV, YOLO, OCR, Object Detection.
- Voice AI: STT, TTS, real-time voice assistants, and audio streaming.
- Experience building scalable AI SaaS platforms.
