Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Drivability Calibration Engineer
with robust expertise in
hybrid vehicle calibration and engine management systems
. The role involves optimizing vehicle drivability, enhancing hybrid control strategies, and contributing to next-generation powertrain development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform
drivability calibration
for hybrid vehicles
- Develop and optimize
hybrid operating strategies
(engine + electric motor integration)
- Propose and implement
function & algorithm improvements
in engine management systems
- Conduct
vehicle testing, calibration, and validation
activities
- Analyze calibration data and recommend performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with
emission norms and OBD regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, software, testing)




- Manage project deliverables depending on scope and experience

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in
Drivability Calibration
- Strong knowledge of
Hybrid Vehicle Operation Strategy
- Understanding of:
- Electric Motors
- Inverters
- Battery Packs
- Experience in
Electric Drive System Calibration
- Knowledge of
Emission Regulations & OBD Requirements

Software & Tools
- MATLAB / Simulink
- Calibration & Data Logging Tools:
- INCA
- ATI Vision
- CANalyzer
- Data Analysis Tools:
- AVL Concerto
- CAMEO (or similar)

CTC Upto 16 LPA

Notice period: Max 45 Days

Exp: 4 to 6 Yrs
