About the role:
To assist with managing some of the systems labs used to develop and test such solutions, we are seeking a Lab Manager- Electrical.



The successful candidate will be part of the systems engineering team that is responsible for defining and testing the systems behavior for Enphase’s energy solutions. This position reports into the director of systems engineering.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage day-to-day engineering lab operations, including space utilization, access control, security, organization, and overall lab effectiveness.
Oversee lab equipment, hardware, and inventory management, ensuring availability of critical tools, components, spare parts, and supplies.
Lead procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, invoice processing, delivery tracking, and asset management.
Drive lab maintenance activities, including equipment installation, calibration, software license renewals, and infrastructure readiness.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining certifications and company standards.
