- Execution of Proposals under Fintech partnership including Customer onboarding, customer screening, limit setup through operations
- Handling and monitoring the Fintech based transactions by liaising with the Fintech partner team and Internal Transaction team.
- Maintaining Data and MIS for various reporting and presentation.
- Help Product Manager Fintech for executing engagements with Fintech, technology companies in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.
- Help in processing of customer onboarding from Fintech channel
- Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, # of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc.
- Identify training needs to support the business and Provide the training with valuable resources.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Experience

- 1 - 3 years of product line experience (sales/credit/product/marketing) Micro & Small Enterprises Lending.
- Experience of working capital funding and technological capability is desirable but not mandatory.
