Avaali is looking for an AI / Agentic AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. This is a strategic, customer-facing architecture role where you'll partner with enterprise clients to define AI transformation roadmaps, architect intelligent multi-agent systems, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and responsible AI platforms for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise AI and Agentic AI implementations, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI architectures leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Architect intelligent AI agent ecosystems with reasoning, planning, memory management, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Design AI integration patterns with enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other business platforms.
- Develop reusable AI reference architectures, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation for enterprise implementations.
- Lead AI discovery workshops, executive discussions, and customer engagements to translate business challenges into AI transformation strategies.
- Define AI governance, observability, monitoring, Responsible AI practices, and compliance frameworks for enterprise deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, DevOps, and AI teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, architecture walkthroughs, PoCs, RFP responses,



and technical design reviews.
- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Mentor engineering teams on Agentic AI architecture, enterprise AI best practices, and emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture, or Enterprise Consulting.
- Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and enterprise AI architecture patterns.
- Experience designing multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of enterprise integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, cloud-native AI solutions with secure integration patterns.
- Knowledge of enterprise security concepts including OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), RBAC, encryption, Responsible AI, and AI governance.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent enterprise AI ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading customer-facing architecture workshops and executive discussions.




- Experience working with enterprise product companies, consulting firms, or system integrators is highly preferred.
- Exposure to intelligent automation, workflow automation, RPA, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions is an added advantage.
