About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with specialized knowledge in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience working with the TCS BaNCS platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in validating the health insurance claim workflows, ensuring the system adheres to business rules, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, complemented by relevant experience in the insurance domain, particularly in health claims processing. Prior exposure to testing within the insurance industry, especially on the TCS BaNCS platform, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document test cases and defect reports effectively.

Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage, facilitating data validation and troubleshooting. We welcome professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities





Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS, including validation of claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows. Develop and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements to ensure thorough coverage of functionalities. Conduct various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify system integrity and readiness.

Log, track, and verify defects, working collaboratively with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. Ensure that all testing activities comply with applicable business rules, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, defect reports, and testing outcomes.

Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Support UAT activities by coordinating with end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the system meets business needs and expectations.
