Role Summary

- We're looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead — Full Stack to own our core automation software and build our growing team. You'll lead the development, turn project requirements into clear technical specs, and deliver reliable, well documented software.

Responsibilities

- Turn project requirements into specifications, technical designs, and architecture decisions.
- Plan, estimate, and track development work with the Project Manager.
- Design reusable, configurable components that reduce duplication across implementations.
- Set development standards and documentation practices (architecture, deployment, troubleshooting).
- Mentor and grow developers through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
- Make releases simple and repeatable; own version control and testing discipline.
- Act as the escalation point for complex production or customer issues.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of full-stack development. (C#, Blazor, WPF, .NET).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and maintainable code.
- Ability to turn requirements into specs and transparent development tasks.




- Strong communication skills with management, customers, and project team.

Good to Have

- Exposure to industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, Modbus, or MQTT.
- CI/CD, automated testing, and release management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Python/Java knowledge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or module ownership.
