Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Pune City.
The Software
Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software components that support high-performance AI and data intelligence solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, resolving defects, optimizing code for performance and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, QE, and DevOps. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices and tools.
The engineer will work closely with senior team members to ensure software aligns with architectural standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++ and python with experience developing and debugging production-quality software.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, including object-oriented design and modular architectures.
- Experience with Linux or other Unix-like operating systems, including shell scripting and basic system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, networking concepts, or high-performance computing environments is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of storage systems, databases, or data-intensive applications is a plus.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs.
